What does “Amazon refund not received” mean?

The reason may be bank delay, payment gateway delay, missing bank details for Pay on Delivery refund, return verification delay, or a mismatch between Amazon’s refund status and your bank statement.

Refund issued but not credited

Amazon may show the refund as issued, but your bank, card issuer, UPI-linked bank account, or Amazon Pay Balance may take extra time to show the credit.
