Myntra Return Picked Up But Refund Not Received
If your Myntra return was picked up but the refund has not been received, first check whether the return has been accepted, rejected, stuck in verification, or marked refunded. Then collect proof and raise a proper complaint.
Important: Refund time can depend on return verification, product condition check, pickup scan, seller update, original payment method, bank processing, and Myntra’s current policy. Always check the latest status inside the Myntra app before escalating.
What does this problem mean?
This problem happens when the return pickup is completed, but the refund is not visible in your bank account, card, wallet, UPI-linked account, or Myntra refund status. It can happen because the returned item is still under quality check, the pickup update has not synced, refund is pending with the payment method, or the return was rejected after verification.
The courier may have picked up the product, but the item may still be moving to the return centre or waiting for quality verification.
Myntra may show refund as processed, but your bank, card issuer, wallet, or payment provider may still take time to show the credit.

Open Myntra, go to Orders, select the returned item, and check whether the return is picked up, in transit, under quality check, refund initiated, processed, or rejected.
Save the pickup message, return tracking, pickup agent message, return ID, order ID, refund status screenshot, and any email/SMS from Myntra.
Check the original payment method: bank account, UPI-linked bank account, card statement, wallet, Myntra credit, or other refund destination shown in the app.
Use the order-specific help option and ask for return verification status, refund reference number, and written reason for delay.
If customer support does not resolve the issue, use Myntra’s official grievance redressal route with ticket ID, order ID, pickup proof, and refund proof.
